About ESR

Ericsson Site Rollout (ESR) is Ericsson's platform for planning and executing network site rollout, from site projects and bills of material to material requests, logistics and field inventory.

This portal gives partners, such as logistics service providers (LSPs), a subscription key for the ESR token generator. The token it returns authorises your calls to the ESR integration APIs.

What you can do

Request access

Subscribe to the ESR External API product. The ESR team reviews and approves your request.

Manage your keys

View, copy and regenerate your subscription keys on your Profile page.

Generate a token

Call ESR - Authorization Token API (v2) with your key and LSP name to get a bearer token.

Getting started

1. Sign in with the account from your invitation email.

2. Go to Products, open ESR External API and click Subscribe. Wait for the ESR team to approve it.

3. Copy your primary key from Profile, under Subscriptions.

4. Call ESR - Authorization Token API (v2) with your subscription key and LSP name to get a bearer token (valid for about one hour).

5. Call the ESR APIs with the header Authorization: Bearer <token>.
